          “Cow Hugging” is the term that’s going viral on Social media these days. From Dutch to the US it’s been spreading the entire West. We Indians Worship cow as a mother, Foreigners consider it as a Food, yet they felt this as a New Lifestyle but in India, the land of Cultures & Traditions had forgotten this culture and walking in the path of Medicine which leads to raising in toxicity in the blood.

What is Cow Hugging?:

            In Cow Hug Therapy We should lean on Cow, hug its body, and feel its body’s activity.

Science of Cow Hugging?:

            Cow Hugging may look simple but there is so much science behind it. While we Hug cows, our brain releases Oxytocin, Dopamine, & Serotonin Happy Hormones these hormones help in reducing Cortisol, a hormone responsible for Anxiety, Stress, and Depression, therefore, improving mental stability, Happiness, Confidence and boosts mood, and suppresses Tensions.41

Why should we Hug Cows?:

       Compared to any other animal Cow has a unique place. Cow’s heart beats slowly. A Cow is massive in shape, smooth to touch, and has a sensitive body making it the perfect animal to Hug.
The temperature of its body is slightly high compared to the human body. As we are Warm-blooded animals we feel comfortable & Happy as long as we hug. 

Conclusion:

           New wellness centers have been appearing in Western countries conducting Cow Hug Therapy. But Nadipathy is been doing this therapy for the past 10 years as a part of treatment with the help of Nadipathy Goshala.
